[Worldwide Koi Club] growth hormone


Nobody I know would use growth hormones on their koi. If it’s ever been done, I haven’t heard about it. If you have the right sized pond for the fish load, the water parameters are kept in great condition, and you feed the koi properly and with the right combination of proteins and such, the koi should grow to VERY large sizes. The gene pool a particular koi comes from can influence the size it grows to, and also, certain varieties of koi are known to grow larger than others Don ikeepkoi
