Why won’t my sword tails breed?
I keep reading on various internet sites, that livebarers are supposed to bee good breeders.
I have swordtails. One male to 3 females. And none of them are pregnant yet. Is he just not interested? or…i don’t know…
The male is a pineapple, and there are two black/silver females and one pineapple female.
He just doesn’t seem to be bothered with them.
The water temp is 24* cel ph - about 7
I do weekly 20% pwc
And their diet is varied between: live foods (Brine and black worm) Flake food, Freeze dried blood worms Freeze dried Daphina cubes, And they pick at the sinking cory cat’s tablets from time to time.
The tank also has live plants. some kind of crypt (i think)

And something that looks like a wort of some kind. (also needs a hair cut soon)
