What’s happening?

Wow!…It was very nice of you to take time out and reply to my concerns. 1) I do not know the name of the grass, however I will call the aquarium store Monday to inquire. (They are closed on Sundays). 2) Description of snails: Brown. Activity: They seem to start in the gravel…but are very outdgoing all day and night, clinging to the walls of the tank and floating up on top as well. Very small, but can be large. I usually have the big ones removed. They are as you say: cinnamon roll shaped- round, a coil growing around a central point. 3) Maybe because I’m new at this, but it seems I like all fish that swim…not really a good answer, but as to throw the Barb out…and the mollie being the odd ball…I could buy a 50 gallon tank, and for the time being think about them later, as to how they might live with others. Question: If I buy 4 more tiger barbs…would that spell disastor for the Mollie? 4) Yes, I very much like the danios….I had one that had a nice stipe along the side of its body…another that had a small red tail…I like your idea of building a community of Danios…with your help, I would love to get some colorful foliage…and get a different kind of gravel. I saw in the store some ‘colored’ gravel. That looked nice. As far as grass goes…I feel very brain dead …I know nothing other that what people tell me…But I’m LEARNING!
When you say SE Asian…doesn’t that imply ’saltwater’ fish?
Again thank you for your reply and suggestions. I might be getting carried away with the 50 gallon tank…

PS. I’m glad that my tank is healthy…this matter makes me very worried.
