WATER?!? YEH, RIGHT!
I’m not in Florida, but in their defense, they are not stealing your water…. they are simply borrowing it. They do have their sewer lines returning to Georgia so they are not only returning the borrowed water but they are also sending you lots of fertilizer as interest payments. LOL
Isn’t that what the 20+ upriver States say when they send theirs down the Mississippi River to New Orleans? 
And don’t blame the Corp… after all, their levee designs resulted in New Orleanean’s not having to water their lawns for several months in 2005. Kudo’s to the Corp for saving us taxpayers lots of money… we must have saved hundreds of dollars on our water bills since we didn’t have to water our lawns for so long in 2005/2006. You need to start looking at the glass as half-full, not half-empty. LOL
