Water changes
You will find it will send some longer stemmed leaves to the surface from time to time, if you leave these be it has a better chance of flowering. The only problem is the fact that those floating leaves shadow everything else in the tank… Mine has flowered once during extended vacation when the tank became overgrown. Not a plant you see flower too often though…
