[UniQuaria] Please Help!!
Live plants are more likely to be helpful than fake ones, unless you’d be removing them in order to cut back on the lighting. As I recall, I fixed the big algae problem (which included cyanobacteria, which is the blue-green stuff you’re describing) in my 10 gallon planted tank using an antibiotic. That was several years ago, and it never came back. (If I recall correctly, I used Maracyn or a similar product.)
