Switches are usually an easy fix. Can you see the switch when you turn the fixture over? I am not familiar with this kind of fixture. My brother repairs all my flourescents for me. I used to be able to buy conversion kits to changeover an incandescent to a flourescent too, but I haven’t seen one in years. Nadine
