Tube clamps…..
I would love to answer that question but unfortunately my system does not have the bio wheels on it, so I’m not sure. But I can say that the rest of the system uses larger tubing. Is the old tubing really bad or something? I would just reuse that piece as you’re most likely not going to be able to see it from the front of the tank are you? Just get a good pipe scrubbing brush to shove into the tubing to clean it out, and then if you want to really make sure to kill anything soak it in bleach water (but make sure to rinse it really well before using it again of course).
