Thank you for the comprehensive comments, suggestions and sound advice. Looks like we really have to part with some of the kois, maybe in the future when we have a bigger place then we can plan for a bigger pond.
I am attaching here some pictures I took today, over looking the glassdoor (permanently close), and outside the garden.
I change water once a week, 35% and clean my filter once or twice a week, feed them in the morning and evening HIKARI pellets and once a week lettuce.
Once again it’s a great help to be part of this forum, I can only say a million thanks…
