Tadpoles

Good subject - I need help here also. I know with ponds “if you build it, they will come” concerning frogs/toads. However, this is ridiculous. I bought this house with this pond and I LOVE IT. The first year was a learning experience. Since I moved in, I have lost 3 of my prettiest largest goldfish to predators I guess - they just went missing along with many of my smaller ones. This is my third summer here - my pond is now filled with about a dozen BLACK goldfish about 4″ long. Pond is about 10 x 12 - 3 deep. What are these “BLACK” goldfish??? Never heard of black goldfish (yes, they look just like the orange or white ones).
TADPOLES? There are a gazillion frog tadpoles in the pond AND a hundred gazillion toad tadpoles - I can hardly see the bottom for those little buggers. There are little toads hopping around the pond everywhere I step, and the frogs are constantly getting into my filter and I have one big mama about the size of a LARGE salad plate just spitting out more and more and more frog tadpoles - half of them are starting to get their legs now. What can I do?? My pond is exploding with algae and egg slime. I have a nicely planted pond with about 20 goldfish (sarasas, shubunkin, regular comets, long tail comets) about 3-4″ long except for two that are about 6″. I have 7 large water lilies, pickerel rush, water hyacinth, 6′ cattails, water celery all over, a lot of anacharis and other submerged plants, and heavy biological filtration both pump and waterfall side, do water changes, use Pond Amquel Plus in between changes, barley straw pellets, and only feed fish maybe once a week or less. String algae is almost unmanageable - I remove a grocery bag full every day. Is this because of the grotesque number of frog and toad TADPOLES????? What can I do about this excess breeding??? Anything? I trapped 20 frog tadpoles to give to a friend, but I could catch that many in a day and have nobody else to give them to. I hate to trap also because many of my nice small fish get in there also and I don’t want them to get hurt. Please, any ideas?
