Spawning
Hi all, I’m hoping you could all answer a few questions for me. How long does spawning last? It seems to have been going on for about 2 weeks now and the water stinks and has a greenish/yellowish foam. I know that’s normal, but I’d like to know how much longer the odor will be there. Also, how long does it usually take for the eggs to hatch, if they ever make it? A couple of my Koi have what looks like some bruising and others (the males) have red veins (like when they stress), that aren’t usually there. Is it normal for males to have that stress during spawning?
