Sick Tank

in my opinion your tank is contaminated by toxic, viruses and harmful bacteria. in this case, water change is not the solution. because the toxic is still there in your tank, sorry to say but you dont have a established tank. meaning to say the cycle of your tank’s is not at a good state. i would very much suggest that you start all over again, not doing so you will be just waisting your money on water additives and buying new fish, start all over again and clean the gravel and everything that is there in your tank. wash it very well with clean water and much better let it dry using sunlight in order to eliminate bacteria and viruses. clean the tank also as well. after you done all of this you can start all over again, make sure that the water you put into your tank has no chlorine and other chemical that may be harmful to fishes. if the water source have chlorine then put anti chlorine on it, see the labels for instruction. put everything into place the gravel decoration and the filter. let it run for one whole day, and put new hardy fish, just put 5 inexpensive fish. untill the tank cycle develop it’s on eco system. if everrything runs well then you can add more fish. the reason why your fish scales, fins and tail becomes somewhat being decompose or what ever you may call it, it’s because of high concentration of chlorine. in human high concentration of chlorine when we take a bath we loose a lot of hair because of that. on the other hand teh reason why your fish dies is because of the toxic that accumulate in your tank. mining to say you dont have much dinitrifying bacteria in your tank, they are being overwhelmed by dirt and waste in your tank. aggain start all over again water changes will not cure your already sick tank. good luck to you. visit my web site at www.aquaguide.sitesled.com.
