Yes Home depot online carries liner tape, it works great for that. It said only sold online and it is double sided and they have single sided.

there is no way to seal the leak in the hose as it is burried under the pond, and i know my liner is not leaking due to the fact that i dont lose water unless the pump is running.

Karen,
This happens to me occasionally. You can use electrical tape stretched tight to patch small leaks on the hose. I think you can also buy patch kits for rubber liners which should work too.
