I see what \Steve// is saying now that I saw your recent post here. When you reply from the website it puts your Re: after the group name [AquaticLife] and before the subject of the post. When I hit reply in my email program it puts the Re: before the entire subject […]

From personal experience if a box says “Perishable” I do NOT leave them in the sun when I leave them at houses, and if there is no shade I don’t like leaving the box at all, I often will stick it under a bush or a plant near the door and […]

With the way an Eclipse hood having the lighting and filtration built into the hood, you will have […]

What do you mean by you cleaned the gravel within an inch?
As you may have seen in previous posts, a white cloudy water is frequently attributed to “new tank syndrome”, the nitrogen cycle, nitrifying bacteria blooms, etc… but is also commonaly associated with heterotrophic bacterial blooms. These are not necessarily bad bacteria, although some […]

There is no single formula that works for all fish since small fishes would have a MUCH different formula than BIG fish like goldfish. I have an article that myself and others collaborated on to come up with a simple set of guidelines that will work for most fish.

Here’s a snip from the […]
