For aquarium use, it’s recommended by the directions to allow 48 hours. When pressed for time, I have used tanks so sealed after 24 hours, with a good rinsing, but this was not a complete sealing of all corners. If you have the time, and can allow 48 hours, I’d recommend you wait it out — especially if laying a bead at all joints. Ray
