Silicone might work but liner tape would be stronger and easier. Either way make sure your liner is perfectly clean and dry. How old is the orginal liner and does it have any UV damage? Black spray foam will help fill in any gaps in the rocks or other places. If you use landscape foam have fingernail polish remover handy as foam is hard to remove after the foam comes in contact with water. Let us know how it works out, Gail
