In that case I’d expect it to cycle around the 20-25 day mark… most tanks take about 3 weeks to cycle if no delays are caused by the user.
I would still continue to bring the levels down by way of water changes. You seem to have some nitrite there indicating that the process is most likely under way, I would leave the gravel alone for another few weeks. If ammonia is still available in a couple weeks then you may need to change some things…
