Well, I put a thermometer in my little deck pond and the night water temp was 48 and the day was 60 so I tried to feed them for the first time of the year. It took a few minutes but all five of my goldies came to the surface and had a snack. I had my doubts how many survived the winter in my little 16 inch deep deck pond made it. I had seen a fain orange glint from time to time in the murky water but today I found out they were all alive. I am so happy. Now begins the slow process of cleaning it out of all the crap that mother nature deposited over the winter to get it back in shape. Wally Amarillo Texas

Always good to hear someone had a good outcome after a long winter!! Love to hear about the successes. Sort of takes the sting out of the bad news postings. Sue
