[Ponds-Koi] Foam and clear Water
I would love to have a bigger pond but where I put it it is not practical. I basically built the deck around the pond. The bottom of the pond is sitting on the ground and the top tier or shelf is sitting on the deck, so half the weight is on the ground and half is on the deck.
I may have to invest in a bigger filter system. I am definitely going to get rid of the babies any way I can. I like my five fish.
I plan tonight to go to a local fish pro store that has a big pond section and see if I can get some of that Anacharis and see if that helps. My Boss has some (of the good plants) that he said he will give me some of.
I think these will make it good. This is only my second year with the pond up and running. I have never seen the fish look like they are in distress or had the pond smell bad or stink at all. My only problems have been with pea soup water and the past couple month with foam.
