Our pond was netted, but the bird was greater than the net.
I guess the next thing you could do is a pond in a shelter or house…..once they attack they keep coming back and back and back….the pond has to be 4 to 5 feet deep with no shelve edges to stand on….sounds like your pond should be 6 to 7 feet like a swimming pool…..and put in caves for the fish to hide. I have heard desperate people use a electric fence type of arrangement. You could have BBQ bird….. Larry
