Metro is mostly in antiparasitic foods but also in some antibacterial foods and is one of the ingredients in the Jungle AntiParasite food, as you’ll see on the above page…. but if the fish isn’t eating, then you should probably look at other options.
What about the fish poop? Have you noticed anything different about it?
