Name That Tetra!

“Just from your verbal description of the fish, I wonder if it could be a glowlight tetra. The shiny ‘neon’ stripe on glowlights is usually an orange-red but with your fish being new and not yet fully comfortable in their new home, maybe the strip is not quite this color yet.”
I’ve had them a year 
I just checked and they have a red dot and a black dot on the base of their tail, but their bodies appear entirely gray in the daytime.
