My axies are here and settled!


Not exactly fish, but they arrived yesterday and started eating today. A very good sign. One is the wild strain, the other is leucistic (white with dark eyes). :-)

They are currently, due to their small size (about 2.75″), in a 10g tank with no substrate, some live potted plants and some hiding places. Once they get bigger, they’ll move into a large, permanent planted and rockscaped tank with sand substrate.
Just had to share them with everyone. ;-)
