Metro Detroiters - Chloramines?

It occurs to me that maybe someone has already been able to find info on water processing for the Detroit water system. My baseline tests show ammonia after 24 hours, which kind of tells me that Detroit uses ammonia/ammonium to make chloramines. Has anyone got info from the Detroit Water Department to say one way or the other for sure. Until I get an answer, either here or from them, I’ll assume chloramines and treat for that.
