In regards to water heaters
If you mean that if it is supposed to just hang over then yes it is .. the holder is to keep it in place.. I have for now.. placed a bit of tape to keep it from falling completely in the tank for now.. I may just end up getting completely new heater altogethor considering I have had this one for a while now.. (about 6 years) it does seem to be working fine for now… i will see what i can find at petsmart when i actually have a chance to go.. thank you
