High pH and low KH.
With those pH values - assuming that they are from an accurate test and not strips - I would be very careful about adding BS to the pond. I personally would make sure that the pH is no higher than 7.5 when I added some - I’d probably go with less than a cup - and monitor the pH to see how high it swings, etc., etc. DO NOT ADD WHEN THE pH IS HIGH!
