Egg Sac?
Hi,
I have a 20 gal. tank with 5 penguins and 4 cardinals. For the second time now we have noticed a tiny blue/green translucent “sac” about the size of half a pencil eraser floating at the top of the tank. Is this something to do with BABY FISHIES!!!! I believe that our pH (around 8 which is normal for this area) is too high to end up with live fry. I’m curious if this little bubble-type sac is filled with eggs awaiting fertilization or something. Any information would be humbly appreciated as I am a relative newbie.
