Egg Sac?
I’m thinking a bit of algae. Or a bit of uneaten food that’s mixed with some misc. ’stuff’ in the tank that has floated up as it decomposes.
Your fish spread eggs rather than release as a gelatinous blob..
You could be seeing - little frog eggs that smuggled themselves in on plants. Or the egg globs of the striped snail - Asolene spixa.
You just have the 2 kinds of fish? Live plants? Snails? Any new purchases from a fish store?
