CB, Raven and Lucille
It’s the bacteria in solution that I was concerned about. How long does it take for it to get a good foothold in the gravel and biomax?
I’ll go check and see if the extra tip will stay put on the end of the current one.
The ammonia and Nitrate test bottles were starting to feel light, so I got refills and tested the nitrates twice and got the same results. I normally shake the bottles upside down to make sure the silt on the bottom mixes in. I forgot all about bringing a sample to the LFS. I got sidetracked with those color changes on Lucille.
OK, I’m going to stop getting neurotic about my goldfish, now. They look perfectly happy and as long as the tank readings are fixable with PWCs, I’ll just hang on until I get the 2nd tank set up before I fret over getting the cycling complete.
