CB, Raven and Lucille

Tuesday Check in (Day 20 reduced salt; 36 total)
- Noon: pH: 7.4; Ammonia: between 0 and .25ppm (up, sigh); Nitrite: ..25ppm; Nitrate: almost 20ppm - I hate removing good bacteria with frequent PWCs, but it looks like another week or two before I’ll have the 2nd tank and water bridge ready to go. - Is the salt possibly affecting the bacteria and slowing it down? Should I stop replacing the salt during PWCs, now? - My filter (actually dd’s) came with an extra end instead of an extension tube. I’ll have to see what I can rig to keep the end under water during the PWCs
