Betta Question
If you want to have more than one betta in a tank you should try imbellus, smargadina or mahaki. All of these will coexist somewhat peacefully in a well planted tank. The juvies will eat the younger fry however. Most of the mouth-brooders can be kept together as long as you have more males than females. If you have as many females as males you have to take the males out for a rest now and then or they will starve. I have 3 pairs of macrostoma living in a 55. It is full of driftwood and plants. I feed them live crickets as well as cichlid pellets.
