You don’t have to post a WANTED to get fish supplies - actually, I find WANTEDs are quite useless as I tried for weeks to get a fish tank that way. At least on my groups, no one looks at the WANTEDs. I’ve gotten everything from OFFER posts and there are no restrictions to who can receive an OFFER.
