[AquaticLife] Who Was That Masked Man? Thanks Dr. Tim!
I once asked a customer service agent at drsfostersmith.com to put in added padding in the light fixture they kept sending me, well the next one I got was shipped the same as the others, and of course every one of them was broken when it got here. Speaking of, I still haven’t gotten my refund from them, sounds like I need to give them a call. The moral of my story here is this; don’t trust what the customer service agents tell you at drsfostersmith.com, they don’t always follow through on special packaging instructions in the shipping department.
