Hmmmm.. that sounds like a cooler pack, rather than a heater pack. Are you in the frigid north or down here in the dirty south, where it’s 73F outside right now? I don’t even remember where DFS is located off the top of my head but I suspect they are up north. If you are also in frozen country area and just had the regular ground UPS shipping and they put a cooler pack in there, it would probably just freeze along with the product. I would contact DFS to find out if they were supposed to put a heater pack and messed up… just so they can send out a memo to their shipping department to make sure the workers don’t keep repeating this… or maybe you just got an employee that had too much of the adult egg-nog at the company Christmas party before packing your shipment. LOL They’ll likely offer you a replacement too… hopefully Dr. Tim isn’t reading this so you’ll have a double supply!
