I didn’t say all Tetra products are bad. I said they give bad advice and have some bad products and most of their hardware type products are on the low end of the quality scale.
I think, if I’m not mistaken, Tetra makes a simple dechlor product that handles chlorine/chloramine and heavy metals. I think it’s called Aqua Safe. Something simple like that is fine. I wouldn’t use any of the other stress-this or slime-that type products from Tetra or anyone else. A simple dechlor product is all most people need to treat their tap water.
