Joe,
I forgot to specify in this post both items are second hand and I don’t have the instructions. (If I did I wouldn’t be bothering the group.)
Neither device has a line unfortunately. Thanks to other replies I know the filter is good at pretty much any height - I’m still a little lost on the heater.
