[AquaticLife] no profit group looking for volunteers.
Dear Jack,
You have an ambitious project! And it sounds like it will be an incredible aquarium.
I have a recommendation for someone you may want to talk to. Dr. Sanjay Joshi is a professor of Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering at Penn State University, where he also co-manages their 500-gallon reef aquarium. I had an opportunity to attend a talk at a reef conference in 2007. He outlined and showed slides of designing and installing several large aquarium applications. He may be able to give you some direction for your project. You can find his contact information here: http://www.personal.psu.edu/sbj4/
He may be able to assist and/or help you with contacts in the aquarium world as well as the manufacturing world.
Good luck on your aquarium! Clarice Brough Animal-World
