OK.. it’s best to conform to LxWxH when posting measurements. I’m guessing your 29G is 30×12x18″ high and the new tank is 24×12x16″ high? If so, then you will need to raise the new tank by 6″ so the tops are close to the same level. Maybe a few bricks with a piece of plywood on top or 2×4’s or whatever it takes to make a riser stand so they are close to the same height for the bridge or U-tubes.
