Hopefully you’re not buying the foot long gourami 
I would not recommend adding one, some of them are more aggressive than others (gourami’s) but that doesn’t mean he or she will be able to hold thier own against the oscar or the dempsey. Right now your tank is very stocked though, both of those large fish are going to produce lots of waste and you should be looking at a new tank rather than getting any more fish. Unless you like doing lots of water changes
