[AquaticLife] I’m back

Your 55G isn’t big enough for three goldfish.. especially not one of the “plain jane goldie’s” which is a common goldfish that can grow up to 24″ long though most only make it to the 15″+ range… still much too large for a 55G.
Two fancy’s would work in a 55G for quite a while as long as you do your weekly tank maintenance.
Also, it’s never good to mix long-bodied goldfish with round-bodied goldfish. Although they are the exact same species, the faster and bigger long-bodied goldfish will out compete the slower round-bodied goldfish for food… and God forbid, one of the Ryukins is a female and the common is a male… when mating time comes around, he will chase her and harass her till she’s dead from exhaustion… another major reason not to mix them.
