[AquaticLife] I really messed up this time!
If you don’t do this pressure leaks could start from the tank twisting or having more pressure on the uneven areas or sides than it should. Please trust me on this point. You want a tank to be completely flat and level and plumb BEFORE you put any water or fish in it. Not to do this will invite disaster and maybe wet carpets in your home to say nothing of the damage to the animals and equipment. This is true for ALL size tanks even a 10-gallon. Bill
