You should be able to send him a PM (Private Message) through Aquabid… at least I think you should. Most forums have this feature but I’ve never done it at Aquabid. Go to his Aquabid Member Profile or one of his posts and there should be a link to “Send a PM” or something like that.
Here.. I just did the work for you. Go to this link, one of his ads on Aquabid.com, and you’ll see “Ask Seller a question” on the right side. You may have to register/join Aquabid first but maybe not.
