[AquaticLife] black spots n goldfish

For now, you should be doing DAILY 50% PWC’s (partial water changes) with dechlored tap water of the similar temperature every day. A 10G definitely is way too small. Regular common goldfish will need a HUGE tank 6′ to 8′ long, at least 75G per goldfish… and even that’s pushing things as they get bigger. Doing the daily PWC’s will at least give them a fighting chance at getting/staying healthy until you get a much larger tank or find a suitable home for them… preferably in a nice sized pond in someone’s back yard. The yellow tinge is likely from the pee and poo from the goldfish dissolving in the water. Since it’s so bad, disregard my earlier comment about daily 50% PWC’s and start off with 10% PWC’s 5-6 times a day for a couple of days before switching to large PWC’s or the fish could go into shock from such a drastic change in their water. They actually acclimate to BAD water so they have to be slowly acclimated back to good water. After a few days, then you can do one 50% PWC each day and that should keep things in half-way decent shape until you get the BIG tank or find them a new home since money is an issue. Your 10G tank can have a lot of different types of tropical or cool water fish… but NOT goldfish.
Go to the A to Z page on my blog and start reading and take the two free online tutorials. I also have an article about 10G tank stocking suggestions so you will know what to look for when you finally move the goldfish.
