An experiment has started…
I used a scoop to remove the eco-complete. Job not perfect, but I got down to using a rag to get the last parts, my thoughts was I wanted to get as much out, like rinsing the gravel to get the dirt out.. Did not have a wet dry vac, and did not want to scratch up the tank. The filter was the same as ran in the eco-complete tank, with the plants for a couple, three? weeks. Also the same bio wheel as well. Could that be a problem? I so any suggestions? This bacteria stuff is complex!
Yes, I shook up the bottle, and it was discolored, not clear by any means.
I am glad that you stand by your product. The fact that you do gives me great hope that it will work for me. There seems to be so many things that people sell that is subjective in results. And so many people willing to sell them and if 30% believe it works, and 20% do not bother to get there money back, and for those companies I mean fight for it, well the have made a tidy sum. Your product is different in that it can be measured, not your lessened the look of wrinkles or, (Keeps your water sparkling clear in just 3 weeks - many can convince themselves that “yes, indeed it is clearer, I think”). Or anything like that Anyway I guess I am trying to say thanks for sending me the new bottle, I will use it all at once like the bottle suggests, and throw the other bottle away.
